When I hit the send button in Live Chat nothing happens.
When I hit the next button in Email Us nothing happens.
this is what I get when I try to link my xbox

Hey @c618d34aed55bef8 For your initial issue, Can you try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com.
After, fully close PGA Tour if it's running, and relaunch to check if the same message pops up.
If so, can you clear your browser's cookies and cache and try to select the following when making a case?
EA Sports PGA Tour > See All Topics > I want to update my EA Account information
It should get you to a screen like this:

@c618d34aed55bef8 I remember this type of issue before. What web browser are you using because I remember that certain web browsers for some reason won't allow live chat or email to work properly.
I had to switch from Firefox to Microsoft edge in order to get the live chat option to work properly.
- @SC3E101 Finally got through to live chat EA adviser, not sure if it was this link. Don't know how or why it worked but it did. Thanks

The EA help website is a mess for some reason. Some things work sometimes while others don't.
