When I hit the send button in Live Chat nothing happens.
When I hit the next button in Email Us nothing happens.
this is what I get when I try to link my xbox

EA Staff (Retired)Hey @c618d34aed55bef8 For your initial issue, Can you try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com.
After, fully close PGA Tour if it's running, and relaunch to check if the same message pops up.
If so, can you clear your browser's cookies and cache and try to select the following when making a case?
EA Sports PGA Tour > See All Topics > I want to update my EA Account information
It should get you to a screen like this:
