I got this working really well by downloading an application on Steam called "Borderless Gaming" 

Open PGA Tour and set it to Windowed mode, then open Borderless Gaming in the background.

Within Borderless Gaming, choose PGA Tour and move it to the right side table.

Borderless Gaming works for different games that dont have an option for Ultrawide resolutions, but allow you to stretch the screen manually.

shouldn't be paying for an app just to get a game to work in your default monitors resolution in 2023 haha
