'We couldn't launch your game' PGA Tour trial on EA app.

Cant launch this game. I have the game pass/EA play and went to install this 10 hour trial for the new PGA Tour: Road to the Masters game. I have installed it, and when I go to play it says 'We co...

Can we try going through the following steps and check if this continues?

    Tried all the suggestions and still not launching. My fault for expecting anything other than rank incompetence from EA I guess. Subscription cancelled 1 hour after purchasing and I won't get fooled again. Bye.

    I have done all of these, on 2 different instances of installs of this game even.  It's clear that it's a widespread issue for the demo/trial and not a per computer issue.  Can we please pass this along rather than giving canned responses?

    Nope, typical to think i havent checked drivers etc...

    Just cant face more unreliable games from this lot anymore. Whats happened to EA?

      Which client are you launching PGA from?

      Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

      Is anything else happening?

      Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

        Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 18/4/22

        Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Cleared cache, repaired game, updated graphics and windows drivers

      I'm having this issue and it's bothering me a lot.. I wish ea play with gamepass applied to steam as well.. I've never had issues with any games between steam and ea play.. but I stopped using the service a long time ago so it could be having same issue.

        I also can't launch the game. Inside EADesktop.log I can see the following:

    @EA_Illium Same issue as everyone else. Tried all this. Tried uninstall, reinstall, repair, restart, update drivers, etc. Game trial doesn't launch. Great service.

    Tried all of these suggestions and I am still unable to launch the 10 hour trial.

      @bmiddlet9722 Same here! Above issues. Said remedies yield zero results. TRASH
