Hi Everyone,
Can we try going through the following steps and check if this continues?
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings

Tried all the suggestions and still not launching. My fault for expecting anything other than rank incompetence from EA I guess. Subscription cancelled 1 hour after purchasing and I won't get fooled again. Bye.

I have done all of these, on 2 different instances of installs of this game even. It's clear that it's a widespread issue for the demo/trial and not a per computer issue. Can we please pass this along rather than giving canned responses?

Nope, typical to think i havent checked drivers etc...
Just cant face more unreliable games from this lot anymore. Whats happened to EA?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Cleared cache, repaired game, updated graphics and windows drivers

I'm having this issue and it's bothering me a lot.. I wish ea play with gamepass applied to steam as well.. I've never had issues with any games between steam and ea play.. but I stopped using the service a long time ago so it could be having same issue.

- 3 years ago@EA_Illium Same issue as everyone else. Tried all this. Tried uninstall, reinstall, repair, restart, update drivers, etc. Game trial doesn't launch. Great service.

Tried all of these suggestions and I am still unable to launch the 10 hour trial.
