'We couldn't launch your game' PGA Tour trial on EA app.

Cant launch this game. I have the game pass/EA play and went to install this 10 hour trial for the new PGA Tour: Road to the Masters game. I have installed it, and when I go to play it says 'We co...

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for the information so far, if you are still running into this issue would it be possible to get an EA App Error Report? (Please share the Report ID # in this thread)

  1. Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click EA Error Reporter.
  2. Choose the Type of problem you’re having.
  3. Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem box.
    • If you’re running the Error Reporter as part of your EA Help case, include your Case Number in the Support Ticket Number (Optional) box.
    • You can find your Case Number in your cases on EA Help or inside any support emails we sent you about this issue.
  4. Check the box next to Share diagnostic information when report is submitted.
  5. Click Submit report and wait for it to complete.
  6. Write down your Report ID for safekeeping.

same issue game wont launch, all drivers up to date, windows up to date, nvidea card, w10, report number 742eb4a1-7917-4711-80ef-3179376a57ac

    Change your avatar. Don’t know why but it worked for me.

    OMFG! This actually worked! After 3 days of bullsh*t... This is all I had to do?? Unbelievable. Thank you so much @Mcydna23
