I remembered I got a little carried away with Photo Game Face in another post. But it is more relevant here. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 to 2014 have some advanced features. Not only game face was available but also height, weight/shape and voice modifications were available. My golfer from TW14 was Gal Gadot; gameface successfully emulated her looks. I got her voice set but her accent was not available; if I set vocal pitch to 100, she would have sounded like Stephanie McMahon of WWE. My friend used gameface to create Kevin Hart, adjust height to shortest available and adjust body shape to skinniest possible. Setting the vocal pitch to 100 (aka Chipmunk Voice) shockingly sounded like Kevin Hart.
It shocks me how a PGA Tour for Xbox Series X or PS5 has regressed and has much lesser features than previous gen consoles. The biggest kicker is the voice control of TW12 to TW14 are more advanced than NBA 2K and WWE 2K at Next Gen Consoles.

It is ironic that TW14 was released more than 10 years ago. I remembered back when I was playing TW14, my friend asked me for a prediction on character creations on TW24. I was predicting gameface would even look like how it is currently done on photo face capture of WWE 2K23. I was also predicting that the voice options would account for Gal Gadot’s accent. I was completely wrong on my prediction. There is no gameface, no voice options and no Tiger Woods in title on the current game.
In Barbie, the 2001 Space Odyssey Theme is played to show how dolls evolved from Old School to Barbie. The character creation evolution from TW14 to current game resembles playing 2001 Space Odyssey Theme in reverse.
