Xbox One controller constantly not being recogized by game.

Hi Bradley, well somebody replied. lol. And you are right. It has to be in the EA App, as my controller works fine in American Truck Simulator and any other game I use my controller in. They need to fix this, as it is ruining the experience big time. 

Hopefully the next reply will be someone from EA.
