Any chance the XP for the first lot of holes was awarded when leaving first time round?
I just had the exact same issue on the 18th hole, no you don't get the XP at all. I got 1000 XP, my character bar was in the middle, barely moved after the measly 1000xp. Fantastic game by the way, hopefully you get on top of bugs ASAP.
This happened to me today twice..
3rd round after the 9th I had to stop & come back later..
After that round only 1000XP
During the 4th round I stopped for dinner & came back, finished the round & tournament in 2nd.. only got 1000XP & nothing for the 2nd place finish.
Really enjoying the game but that was ordinary
