XSX PGA unable to connect to servers

I have been utterly unable to connect to the servers for this game since yesterday morning.

I am on the XBox Series X.

I can connect to other EA games - I literally as just on NHL 23.

I can connect to non-EA games.

I can connect to app[s.

The only thing that consistently fails to work is EA Sports PGA Tour 23.

This leave 90% of the game that I paid $60 unavailable to me.

This is UNACCEPTABLE.

EA, please fix your servers so your customers can play the game they purchased.

I cannot believe you would screw your customers so badly as you have done with this game. What a shell[ of a company you have become.

Like many others, I am[ persistently seeing that PGA Tour 23 won't connect to EA servers. I get the "Lost Connection" and "Unable to Connect" error messages. When I "Retry Connection", it just fails over and over and over and over again.
My other EA games work fine. My other non-EA games work fine. My apps work fine. Only PGA Tour 23 * the bed all the time.
Please fix this ASAP.

HI @RedwoodLoon I've moved your post to its own thread, as this is a sperate issue than the previous thread's original posters issue.

To confirm are you getting a specific error message when you launch PGA Tour, or try to connect to a match?

To check can you also try the steps suggested here?

Hi, was there ever any resolution to this problem. All of a sudden I seem to not be able to connect to the servers for the last week.
It was working perfectly fine for months before that.
