I started on PvZ, on my tablet, back in 2014. Downloaded it, having no experience of any computer game outside Crash Bandicoot/PacMan/Space Invaders. Couldn't work out how to play. Thought it was rubbish.
Gradually figured it out and despite once when I lost all my progress, avidly continued to play. That game helped me get through some bad times in 2016.
As for 2, I love the wit; the costumes; and the animation, eg Tangle Kelp, is absolutely stunning. Just watching the Snap Pea at work, having studied animation, I appreciate the amount of work that goes into PvZ2.
I'm a gardener in real life so thoroughly enjoy the range of plants, though some of the zombies are tres annoying. Weasels! Chickens!! That bloody Jester! Augh!!!!!
Finally, I love the community of PvZ2 players, where the highly skilled never shoot a noob down for asking a dumb question.
I'm having a drink to y'all this evening 🍸
AuntyS, I hope your drink was a really good one last night.
For me an early good memory (why just the good memories anyway ?) was the satisfaction of figuring out (on my own) a strategy for Survival Endless that the Zombies just could not get through no matter what was thrown my plant's way ! Jack in the Box, ha ha, take that ! Doom Shrooms and Fume Shrooms rock !! And of course Cattails were a joy to watch in action.
Cob Cannons were critical too.

Oh, I miss Cattails & Cob Cannons terribly! And yes, 🍸 was ace - I raise my G&T to you tonight, Law.
I think it would be great to read about ALL memories, not just good ones! Solidarity!- 7 years ago
Have Tanqueray and tonic with two limes next time ! My favorite when I imbied alcohol.
- 7 years agoIf I was minted I'd FedEx you a bottle of my husband's homemade sloe gin... exquisite. Will try the T/2 limes for sure!
