By misclicking I learned that you can rent the extra plant slot :D
And EA would like you to use the green button instead of the purple one.... 👿
(I noticed this quite early on when I was playing the adventure mode and really hated this pay-to-win offer)
Somewhere in October I spent 1.5m coins to upgrade all my plants to lvl7 (from 3.6m to 2.1m)
I'm back up to 3.3m, so probably before the end of the year hopefully I'll get to 3.6m again
