I was playing PvZ2 on android phone for few months last week iam try to login to playng the game, after some time my account and game progress was gone.
Tried to reinstall game several times, link with google play games, chat with ea help, nothing worked. EA helpline people westage nothing understand their problem
I dont know what else to do to recover my account.
Account loss is a fairly common problem with pvz2, if you signed up to EA's email registration scheme then you can get a code sent to your email address to restore it or you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping help center at the bottom of the page and making a missing content report, but you do need the player id number from your old account to recover your account from their servers.
If you don't have that number, then they can't/won't help you.
