I suffered similar problem where the in game currencies some profiles on my account were reset to 0. I contacted the Help Center but after a lengthy wait and half day's of Chatting, it seems there had been data corruption from the server and the backup. Please contact the Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page and I hope the data on your back up is still intact.

No, the advisor can only work with the ID from the game. As it is also possible that your ID has not been changed and just the data. Since you are not sure what your original ID is, I suggest you just show the advisor the bottom ID on your ID selection image and see how it goes.
I hightlighted and put an arrow pointing towards the Id on your image. Try using this ID.
