Can I check your platform and region? Have you noticed any pattern to which ads are failing in this manner?
We are looking into the ad issues but I don't have an update on this.
Thanks you.
Im sorry. I don't have any hard evidence now and don't remember now.
If it's something multiple people are experiencing I suggest making a topic dedicated to providing the name of the ad there's an issue with and under which circumstances.
I'm from Denmark and on Android.
Edit: I'm willing to suggest another reason for the problem, but I'm not sure if it's the case.
If the wifi you're on has a lapse for a splitsec, how does the game's hook for the ads react? My wifi is good enough to watch a 30000kbps movie over wifi with no interruptions and my net is 100mbit fiber. All of this doesn't matter if the client can't send or receive the few packages that say you've watched the ad.
I'm suggesting this because wireless technology inherently has package loss, most apps just get around it by queuing or re-sending requests.

Wifi is a good suggestion because of dropped packets but I know from experience that it is unlikely to be the cause of ads not working.
I used BlueStacks on a desktop computer to play PvZ2 for a few years and the computer did not have Wifi. Ads still failed to finish or hung the system.
And it was only certain ads. Mostly I remember Movie Trailers as the worst offenders !!
