Am i the only one experiecing this?
Since Nov 2024, im unable to enjoy this game since i cant watch any ads, or no ads available as of the moment.
But i already did the configuration
1. Clear cache, Clear Data
2. Uninstall
3. Edit ads off and on
But nothing is working. Can you please help me?
Location: Philippines
There are regions where ads are not allowed with the App, if you are unlucky to be in one of these regions, I think VPN is your only option.
Same here in UK. 2 weeks ago. Ads just stopped. Tried reinstall, didn't work. Asked EA help. They said nothing they could do, its a 3rd party problem. Seems revenue loss is unimportant and gamer satisfaction not a concern.
I have the same problem. Install VPN cannot solve the problem. Can EA follow why no ads available and fix the problem asap?
I eventually resolved it by split tunnelling on my VPN. Why it started, I don't know.
