Could you give more details about the device (make and model) and the version of operating system installed please?
iPhone 12 Pro Max with software 14.4.
This is an iOS issue and the PvZ2 app itself can't really do anything about that. You will probably find more info using google.
Basically, what you have to do is turn down the media volume with the volume buttons. The silent switch doesn't have any effect on ads.
Still does not work with software update 14.5. And no, I don’t believe it’s the phone. On all other apps the ads are also muted with the silent switch.
