After Register Accounts to save progress ALL PROGRESS LOST

I Have to move my game to my New iPad Device but when I transfer all data the progress wasn't transfer so I tried to move data and I saw that there is a CLOUD BUTTON that said Register Accounts and your game profile to back up your game progress and play on multiple devices.  After i put EMAIL for registering end up it just start my account anew fresh from the beginning and now my progress over 2-3 years has been gone. 

I need help to restore my previous progress, Thank .
