Greetings to all, I recently returned playing plants vs. zombies 2 and retrieved my account. First, I noticed that some of my purchased plants way before is now not available on my almanac. Also the mints I had collected before is now gone. Second, why I can't see the ail mint in the store and arena ? How am I suppose to have the mint. P.S. I have already cleared the cache. Uninstall and installed the game but to no avail. Please help.
Welcome back. You need to tap help centre at the bottom of this page and create a missing content report for your plants and levels.
You will need to provide them with your original player id number and helpful screenshots proving that you had the plants in the first place, I'm on android and there is a full list of what i paid money for in my google purchase history.
You can't see ailmint in the store because when you reinstalled, EA classed you as a new player and cut down full functionality of the store so you have extremely limited options.
This wears off in a couple of days and you should get a full store back.
