Aloe

I have the aloe unlocked, but sadly its at a low level. I haven't seen any pinatas or plant seeds to help gain higher levels for it. Is there a chance we will have the opportunity in the next 2-3 upcoming weeks since aloe is one of the reinforce-mint family? Thanks in advance.

  • Seems that plant seeds for limited edition plants are really really rare or maybe not available for the moment for some.
    All my plants are at least more than lvl 2 or lvl 3, but my sweet potatot is just lvl 2, my ghost pepper has only 3 seeds and my dandelion has none :/

    I saw some people got seeds for Holly Barrier recently, so my bet is that Holly Barrier (also in reinforcement mint family) will be the plant available for gems and with quest for seeds this month, like Electric Currant  was last month.
    Wait and See !

  • Today I won a pinata which awarded me aloe seeds, and I managed to level mine up. Yay!

    I had those Holly Barrier seed packets, despite not having the plant.

    Over the Cold Snapdragon Tournament week I kept getting lots of Missile Toe seed packets included with the Cold Plant Pinatas. (BTW I don't have that plant either.)

    I'm wondering if that also means it will become a plant of the week at some point. I certainly hope we don't get it, because it's horrendously expensive to purchase, has a long cool down time, and has to be manually activated each time. - In other words, totally unsuited to the Battlez environment. (Not that that will prevent EA from inflicting it on us in an effort to get us to purchase it!)

    @Belldandy333

    I had 25 Aloe seed packets from the Pinata Party today. That enabled me to take it up to level 5.

    Confession - I've never used it except when it's appeared in a challenge. Maybe it's time that I started to?

    @Humplemann   Aloe is a defensive plant and I found it quite useful in adventure modes where you need time to get the x amount of sun to meet the challenge requirement. Combining it with any blocking plants it would delay the onslaught of the zombies thus provide more time for you to complete the task.

    In Battlez, it is less useful if you have mid to high level plants already because there is a time constrain, it would be better to utilize the square for attacking plants.

    I had some Aloe seeds recently so maybe it will be aloe next week. Maybe Aloe and Holly barrer in the next 2 weeks ? Wait & see but I guess we will have one at least.

    Indeed! I like it, especially in combination with chard guard which stays fresh throughout the entire 3 minutes!
