Android 6.0 update to LG phone erased all PvZ 2 progress. Pls help!!

Does anyone have a solution? So sad. Love this game...
Xtra info: no Facebook or Google+ acct.

Hey @cindyblahblah

Were you logged into Facebook / Google+ beforehand?

If you were you should be able to log back into the account to get the progress back.
