Arena mode constantly crashing

I have tried at least five times to play the new arena game, 12/23/24, to no avail. The game continuously crashes every time upon entry or right after plant selection. I have lost five gauntlets from this and still haven't gotten a chance to play the new arena game. My game and iOS are up to date. Please fix this soon!
