The latest PVZ2 update is 11.2.1, please check if you are using an outdated version of the game.

I would also suggest to remove your player ID from this post as this is an open forum and the security of your account might have been compromised.

What you need to do is contact EA HELP CENTER directly, this is a players forum and all we can do is offer advice.

At the bottom of this page,  tap "help center" and make out a missing content report with helpful screenshots and hopefully someone will contact you to sort out your missing seeds.

The current tournament is Dragon Bruit and if you are trying to claim the missing reward from previous tournament, you will need to do what @MAGICDAVESHROOM suggests by contacting EA Help Center and open a new 'Missing Content' case.

I loose two weeks with EA technical support and thousands times get sured, that EA support totally useless, they direct me after two weeks of conversation to Tapjoy support , but I cannot communicate due to the lack of lnternet connection.

Who knows were it is , i cannot find this tapjoy application

@ValeraWIN   That does not sound right as TapJoy is the third party partner associated with ads.
