BattleZ rankings while not playing due to crashing bug?

Question

As you probably know, the&nbsp;PvZ2 Android/iOS/iPadOS game is unplayable right now for many (most? uncertain) players, crashing on the splash screen or shortly after it.Due to this, many will go down in BattleZ rankings due to non-playing (or more like - NOT possible to play!).Do you plan to compensate players for this somehow, so their BattleZ ranking status is not lost as weeks without playing pass by?Is there a way to "freeze" the rankings until crashing bug/Store issues are all fixed?

Great! Thanks, good info I was not aware of.Just hope the PvZ2 major crashing bug fix is not planned for August then..&nbsp;🙂
