Are we going to get extra time to get the seashooter?? I can‘t win any rounds because of the bots and I’m running out of time! Very unfair.

That same name appears but the scoring is different.  It will increase by increments of 1M.  It will stall at 19M instead of 780M

I did as well thought they finally got it taken care of, but then see that was not true.  Cannot name the cheater though, against the rules. 

Seems to be partially fixed.  Been able to play and win every time with 21M

How will the wasted guantlets, daily rewards, etc be compensated to the human players?

I am not even asking for compensation on our emotional distress and outrage, which is subjective.

What is wrong with naming and shaming if it’s a bot? The shameless hacker may even enjoy being named. More importantly, regular players will recognize these names and not waste another 3-5 mins of their life engaging with the bot when they see these bot names.

I have reported the problem twice and they couldn't fix it. I suggest not to play arena. Let the cheating players beat each other. Give up the seeds and save your gauntlets. Cheating players will get bored easily in a short time. 

Have now encountered a 3rd hacker using mastery 200 level plants in arena with unattainable high scores, using a different name than the last 2 bots. 

I don't have any further information on this. Normally, we will provide an update though.

I would like the Arena to be closed down (as is done when it switches to a new game) so that we can know when the problem is fixed.  As is, I have to keep going in and surrendering when I see one of the two names of the hackers show up.  This is tedious.  Just close the game until all is resolved.  Please.

That's appreciated, but we don't need any more screenshots or reports. We have received a high amount of them already. Thanks though!

As someone who only gets on this forum when I have a problem (sorry, but I’m just being honest), will there be an announcement when this is taken care of?

Just wanted to share that I’ve been seeing 2 different bots (only) yesterday & today.  
I am able to win when I occasionally get the 1 bot (once every 4 or 5 matches), and get matched against a killer bot repeatedly the rest of the time - which scores 150 M after 15 seconds, 500 M after 30 seconds & maxes out at 780 M by 45 seconds into the Arena match, which score then stays frozen at.

The killer bot, has 4 x L1 plants & 2 L3 plants, including “blover” which is not available for this Arena match & “Devour Bloom” which is not available yet, and has had no offers to buy etc yet. The score is totally impossible & improbable, as there are not enough zombies, and with the lack of plant food & Mould Spores there seems to be no way of getting more than 21 M score on this Arena match….

i’ve got plenty of screenshots, and am unhappy to have burned through 20 gauntlets trying to see if this issue was still going on or not…. Oh, and this all started about 12 to 24 hours after the game repeatedly forced a data update - which force downloaded 6 or 7 times - so presumably is caused by an issue with this update…..  

I really don't know as that's not something I'm involved in. We're working to get this handled as soon as we can though.

Thanks for looking but how long can it take to ban the bots that are the issue. That is all I get is one of two “players” each time and running out of time in event to get enough seeds to get the new plant.

I have the same 2 opponents. One gets 780,000,00 and I can’t get new opponents. Very frustrating

I've never noticed the renaming. Which bites. I play as Not you, because I think it would be funny to see you playing not you.
