Bug ?

Hi, my name is Izhar. I want to inquire about my Plants vs Zombie 2 account. Yesterday I logged in to play but there was an update on the initial display, then after the update I realized that my gems, coins had increased even though I did not make in-game purchases. A few moments later I wanted to play again, and I wanted to play arena on Plants vs Zombies 2 and there was another update. I realized again that my gems, coins had increased by around 1500 ++ gems. I was happy at first and immediately bought some Gauntlets for the arena and some plants. But I am afraid that my account will be banned on suspicion of using cheats, can you check it? I play without cheats

I think you might have been hit by the resource doubling bug, where your gems, coins, gauntlets and mints gets doubled every time you open the App. This is an old bug which has been reported by quite a few players and EA/PopCap is aware of this issue.
Your account will not get banned but if it was left to allow the resources doubling to carry on then over time your resources will reach a very large value (maximum number) and might crash your game for good.
If you are intended to play an honest game and earn the resources by gaming skills and watching ads, then the option to fix this bug is to contact EA by clicking the HELP CENTER link at the bottom of this page.

A mí me pasó algo raro XD esque me aparecieron todos los trofeos de los mundos y me apareció una llave al final de mares piratas y la busque y me apareció una (x) morada nose si es un bug o un error pero espero que lo arreglen XD

My name Tu, Nguyen Thanh (from Vietnam). I’m the same with you. I log in my game, force sync data form server and found that huge of gem/gauntlet/ mint and zero coin. I contact with E.A support and new it’s not resolve. I although watch Ads to take coin but can not. Can you help me?

I don't know about this game, but I know for other games I play (Candy Crush and Fishdom) when I haven't played them in a few weeks or months and then I come back to play, the game has given me a "return prize". It's a quick pop up message. It usually includes some free lives for a time and some power up prizes and a few gems. In some games where there are tournaments that where on going when I left or team chest wins, I've gotten those later too.

@zip7hbefhl2g I definitely don't think this game has it. In fact, if you don't play for some time, I think you are going to drop down your league in arena..possibly all the way to soil league which is the start xD this game encourages daily play 😛

You're right; I don't know what I was thinking. I did see the News Update on the game advising they would start demoting league players from Arena when they didn't play each week or each month.

I have this bug too, I can't earn anymore gems and coins after joining the game again, how can this get fixed?

I have bought Coulipower card. But then when it's done, seems like there is bug like this. Anyone understand, please help. Thank you.
