calendar daily gift delayed (red box) to next day repeatedly

I did have an issue on Monday.  I logged in and played some games but the calendar never came up so I thought maybe they got rid of it, then yesterday I logged in and the daily calendar appeared again and Monday was the only day with no green check mark.  Does anyone know if there is a way to manually access the calendar if it doesn't pop up the first time you log into Pogo for the day?
