Can’t unlock plants

@Lambsy65 @Itsmerealme Because I have the same case as him and when you say that, do you mean that if its not there in the store?, if it did appear in the store and it could be purchased with candy or diamonds can I unlock? Can I only get it when its purchasable using candies?
For all players who are confused, there are different typw of plants, some plants unlock by certain amount of seeds, some by $$$, some by a certain amount of gems, last but not least, power mint (except Enlighten-mint) is to be unlocked by 100 Mint (tokens) when it is available from store.
