Can creative Devour Tower mode from old PVZ3 be added to PVZ2?

Devour Tower is a scrapped old pvz3's creative gamemode in 2020.4 years passed and he never appeared again so as a pvz2 fan I miss it and hope it will be able to be added to PVZ2 in the future.I think he will also fit pvz2 style.
