I just went with the default name when I set up this account... I don't see a way to rename myself... Do I have to make a new profile, or is there some way to change my name?
You have to do it from the main ea.com site.
I was looking for something a little more specific. I thought I was at the main EA site... apparently I was looking at the forums main site.
So, the answer, it turns out was
Go to http://www.EA.com, log in
click on the user icon on the top right, click on account settings and in there you will see where to change your ID. (also, you will have to enter an MFA id at least twice.)
You have to do it from the main ea.com site.
