Cannot Exit Ads / Claim Ad Reward

When playing ads on mobile, some ads are impossible to finish. The first ad that I watched worked just fine, but the second, third and fourth ads didn’t allow me to finish and exit (no x symbol to exit) after waiting and interacting with the ad for more than 5 minutes.
