Please DO NOT delete your profiles as this will not likely to solve the issues you have experienced.
If you have no events, could you check what version of update you are running? the current 11.4.1 and the next release 11.5.1 is already made available for selected Android users.
Yes I am on 11.4.1. On iOS.
and another fun problem….now the PVP for each profile thinks it is my main trying to play.
Meaning that if the people who share this app play PVP on their profile…the PVP IDs them as me in the PVP rankings.

1. Could you confirm what event or evens is/are missing?
2. For the (PVP) Arena mode, it is correct that all profiles on the same account shares the Season tournament's ranking. So if you have 5 profiles and play them all, let's say with 20 wins each (100 points each) on the same week, your leaderboard adds up to 100 wins (500 points) on the leaderboard.
Edit: Just seen your reply with with further details.
a) Do you play the different profiles with different devices? if so there might have been device syncing issue.
b) The unobtainable 10 gems rewards bug is a recently introduced and PopCap is working on a fix. There are some workarrounds posted here but so I think for Android devices so not sure if it works on iOS, you can search here and have a try on each method if you wish.

1) The 10 “Daily” events are missing on all but one profile. Error message is attached.
2) Understood about PVP. So I guess my partner and I can’t compete against each other then. (She uses some of the alternate profiles). Guess she would have to make her own account on another device if we want to compete.
a) We only use one device for the game. And the game is not even installed on our other devices. (An iPhone and an older iPad).
b) Glad to hear PopCap is working on the 10 gem reward fix. I think I posted about one of the fixes here also but will check the others out. Thank you!
p.s. Since the 10 gem issue is known and pervasive, could PoPCap push out 100 gems to those who have had the issue?
p.p.s. Is there any way to merge profiles (to transfer plants, gold, gems, seeds and mints)? We are maxed out on profiles and I kind of want to start a fresh play-through.

1) The image from the error message shows you are offline (no internet data connection). Maybe you could check your WiFi and mobile data to ensure it is enabled
2) PVZ2 Arena is a quasi PVP where you are pitted against other players' recordings, the match between you and your opponent is not happening in real time (otherwise one player pausing the game will be affecting others). If your aim is to compete with you partner, I suggest you two can try and see who can get the best Arena scores.

I think we would have a better chance to win the lottery or even the 10000 coins jack pot in daily pinata than receiving 100 free gems. 👿
Finally, the facility to merge profile can only be carried out by EA Help Center's admin staff who has access right to the server and editing players' account data, this option is not likely to be made available to players.
