Cannot go into a match

Hello

I didn't play PVZ GW2 for 4 days and then 2 days ago I came back. I wanted to load into a match and the game doesn't let me. It's searching for ages and after that, I get sent to the same exact map where it's just me alone in the server. I never had this issue before. When I went into a portal I waited a few seconds and got into a match. Now I cannot play the game. I uninstalled it, repaired it and the issue is still there. Can someone help, please?
