Cant access my account

I’ve had a pvz2 account for years and have purchased plants and gems, its been a few months since I played until today but when the app updated It gave me the tutorial and didn’t open my account, I tried accessing it via mail and even deleted the game to get the message of having another account but it never showed my original account. I checked appstore and it shows that i’ve made the purchases, is there a way for me to get my account back?
