@EA_Illium Sorry. I tried forcing stop, clean caches with reloading profile and reinstall, but in vain. Even I tried play the game without Google Play Game to get a new start, however, it didn' t work. Some about the questions especial the Player ID I have sent to you. Please help me and I can buy plant bundles. I think the eror may occur on the preserved data of purchase history at players' Google accounts. The easiest way to help solve the problem for Manufacturer is making restore purchases manuel like adding a click button rather than automatic. Thank you very much.

4 years ago@OSile7 Thank you for trying those steps, I would be happy to share the feedback you have with the team. For now to try to get around this can you see if using a different network has any effect?

I have a similar problem!
I followed all the recommended steps to clear cache, change internet connection, etc. As always, nothing helped!
Before that, I had an error like OSile7, now something new has appeared.- 2 years ago
