Can't collect the reward for completing all daily activities

I have just completed all of the daily activities and claimed the rewards for all of those activities but when I went to claim the reward for completing all of the activities the progress disappeared...

Having the same issue and cannot complete the report bug process to EA as when I select issue it brings me to a blank page :/

    I uninstall and reinstall the game trying to solve this issue, but what's worse is that I cannot even enter the game this time, it says download failed: unexpected content from server (got JSON). What's wrong???? I'll definitely not purchase anything more considering such a fragile system!
