Can't contact customer support

EA customer support was always so good but now it turned the same way like all other big companies.You can't contact them. I tried to send an email but get only an auto generated message.

Finally if you click on the can't log in issue you get to the form which they used to have to contact them. But you can't actually click on the send email button at the bottom.

This is so annoying.

Anyone has the same problem?

My problem is that my game crashes everytime I play pennies pursuit. I can play arena. This started happening a week ago and I don't know what to do

Any help or advice would be much apprechiated

machinecooks I'm experiencing a server bug where the name automatically changes and resources duplicate themselves. It's been weeks since I've received any response or assistance, and now, when I log in, I'm asked to update. when I update I repeat from the tutorial and repeat everything even though all the plant data and plants that I bought with real money are in the main data . Every time I log out, the name always changes, so Dave, please fix the server and this bug because I'm not calm because I have a lot of top-up data on my main account "Yohanes" Please, this much money has been sucked out by the developer. Return my normal diamond money. It's duplicated because of a server bug and the money is also negative (-). I don't dare top up. The remaining plants are due to the server being unclear and bugs that will disrupt my data, so I don't dare to buy top-ups yet. Please fix this game's server.

please bug fix, I want to play normally without server errors and top up in peace
