EA Staff (Retired)@abc576080730 - It will depend on the topic you've chosen i.e "account management". The communication offered (email, chat, phone etc) will depend on this as it will try and route you through to the best place.
If you're getting the option of chat but it's not connecting then you may need to try clearing your cache/cookies or using a different browser. Programs like Adblock can also sometimes get in the way of chat connecting.
