Can't get my account back
I accidentally created a new account with the same email, but when I tried to delete it, it seems like the system also deleted my old account. Is it possible to get it back? I have the account ID
If you have the original account's player ID, you can try contacting EA help center by following the link at the bottom of this page and ask for assistance, please note that there will be a long queue as the recent update has a nasty bug which resets many iOS player's account.
