Cant load my game

So I’ve had this issue a couple of times, I’ve gone to play the game as I do everyday and all of a sudden the options to sign in are gone! This time I asked for help they’ve asked me to uninstall and reinstall then game. Upon doing so if now saying even in my saved account I have no plans and it’s gone back to square one completely! Years of playing gone ☹️
