Completely unable to play arena

Every time I kill the first zombie the game just freezes until I force close it. I tried both on my iPad and my iPhone

    Hi everyone, thank you for the info and the reports. We have raised those crashing issues in Arena and Penny's Pursuit to the studio.

Could you give us a little more details?  I know sometimes there is interaction with new plant or plants which could cause the crash and often by many other factors.

1. what version of pvz2 update are you using, 10.8.1 or the latest 10.9.1?

2. what version of IOS are you using?

3. What is your load out (what plants are selected for the game)? or better still can you remember what plant did you use to kill the first zombie?

@eieio_31310 I have the exact same problem since the latest game update.
Pvz2 version 10.9.1
IOS 17.0.3
Tried on both iPad and iPhone.
The bug happens with Sun plants (either fertilised or eaten)
