Completely unable to play arena

Every time I kill the first zombie the game just freezes until I force close it. I tried both on my iPad and my iPhone

    Hi everyone, thank you for the info and the reports. We have raised those crashing issues in Arena and Penny's Pursuit to the studio.

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know about issues you're running into with Arena in PvZ 2, first if you have not try going through the following steps based on your platform:

Mobile (Android)

Troubleshooting EA mobile games on Android devices 

 

Mobile (iPad and iPhone)

Troubleshooting EA mobile games on iPad and iPhone

If you continue running into issues, please let us know the following:

  • Player ID(how to find):
  • Which Build Version do you have?
  • Which device are you using(make and model)?
  • Are you playing on Wifi or Mobile Data?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • When did this first start?
  • Please share anything else that might be useful...

Latest update 10.9.1

I play on Android (Pixel 7 pro)

The problem started with the PvZ2 update, after a few seconds the arena game freezes, either in the arena or the trial version.

Same problem in level 3 in Penny's Pursuit, everything freezes after a while.

I tried everything, empty cache, uninstall and reinstall the game, checked for updates : everything was up to date.

I am having the same issues with my Samsung Galaxy tab S6 lite.

Update : same thing happens for arena trial for next week.

    New arena trials (without blizzard) freeze too... Hope it will be fixed soon...
