No, the costume for Bonk Choy is not temporary. I have it on my level 1 profile. The ones that are temporary and attributed to Lawn of Doom are the costumes for Sunflower, Peashooter, and Wall-nut. I'm not sure about Ghost Pepper. Does anyone have the GP bow?
how to get those costumes :/ oh mine, a bunch crap of costumes out there i have not known about.
