Crashing after arena match

Game is crashing after every arena game I play!

@smmctive I think it is time you should take note of your player ID and make a backup of the App, or better still register your email address with the App so you can recover your progress should you wish to have the App re-installed.
I play the game on a few iPhones and none showing the issue you are experiencing, this gives me reasons to suspect there could be data corruption on your App (possibly during the recent updates) and you might need to re-install the game in the hope the fault is cleared.

Just checking what update and what gaming device you are using.
On Andriod the current update is 11.5.1 and on iPhone it should be 11.5.2.

@smmctive which Apple device are you using? I ask because I play the game on various iPhones ranging from 6s to 14 Pro Max and have not experience this issue, I do get a few blue background screens when I switch profile and requiring restarting the App (with this most recent 11.5.2 upadte) but have not noticed any crashing after an Arena game.
Out of interest, have you also lost (not receiving) the Arena reward?

iPhone 13 mini. The practice rounds worked fine but the first two times I played arena last night crashed at zero timer and closed out of app. Just tried again now and seemed to work fine. Using torch wood, threepeater, spearmint, apeasmint, and enchantmint. Not sure what happened.

@eieio_31310 Yes I did lose out on a minimum of 2 rewards point (crowns) for the two plays last night as it didn’t register a win or loss but did take the gauntlets as if round was played

Update: just crashed again, no change to setup. Worked fine the previous two plays today. No credit given but used up free play though it didn’t reset my streak.

I just noticed the countdown timer was at 11 sec when the app crashed this most recent play. Third time its crashed in a row this morning. Also noticed when using the “previous plants” button in the arena after crashing, it does not grab the plants used in arena play prior to crash

I have the same problem on samsung S22 ultra. With under minute left my arena match crashes, latest one was 11 seconds. Happened even after updating game , restarting phone, everything. Lost like 6 matches like that.. or conceded and lost progress

I'm having this problem on an android device, app version 11.5.1. The game will crash during an arena match, use a gauntlet, and not give any crowns - even one for a "loss". I've lost at least 5 matches this way during the last tournament and now its boosterama.
