I reached exactly 150 crowns but it only rewarded me with 20 Dazey Chain packets

Just a quick update.
I have now opened a case with EA Help center and hopping to get my missing rewards corrected.
Fingers crossed but I'm not holding my breath (as I fear of turning into the same colour as our helpful community manager here….) 👿

To all players who experienced season rewards missing:
I have good news. My missing rewards have been corrected.
It took two attempts as the first response was quite quick (within 30 minutes) but had missed out my 5th profile, I contacted again and now all missing rewards have been corrected.
A big thank you @EA_Blueberry , EA Help center, and especially to Nisha and Rakesh.
