Deleting the app resets all ad offers PVZ 2
Everytime I have an issue with this game I have to troubleshoot everything myself which would be fine if they happened very rarely but they don’t and contacting customer support is almost impossible....
Every time that you do a reinstall, the store will treat you like a new player and will restrict your offers, this wears off after a couple of days.
EA HELP CENTER now uses emails but you still have to fill them in and attache helpful screenshots..
I suggest that you sign up to EA's email registration scheme if you haven't already and screenshot your player id number as it now has an additional device id number.
