Don’t have option to buy dragon bruit anymore

Question

When trying to troubleshoot this weekend’s update problem with Arena, I uninstalled and reinstalled PVZ2. I reopened the game and have logged in under my username and have all the plants / coins / gems as before.

However, in the store, I no longer have the option to buy the newest plant (Dragon Bruit) with gems. Instead I have the option to earn a sprout by watching a video. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m 20 seeds away from unlocking the dragon bruit and wanted to buy them before the event ends, but that option has disappeared!

This is why I warn others not to perform any re-installation unless absolutely necessary. This is because after re-installation, you will be classed as a new starter with restiricted store offers for 2 days, after this period, normal store offer resumes.

You are in luck, the new plant, Dragon Bruit, seeds offer still have 3 days left so you should have a chance to buy the required seeds before the offer ends. This is of course provided you are NOT doing any further re-installation between now and then.
