EA Help is no help
Does anyone else have trouble raising a new case in the EA help portal? When I go to My Cases and click on Start A New Case it doesn’t start a new case. EA what is the deal here? How do we let you kn...

The best way to start a case with EA Help is to go through that link directly then "Chat with us". Not all categories give you a chat option, which can be a bit confusing, hopefully this link will help.
