During the aquavine tournament, i decided to get as many seeds as possible for aquavine in my mastery profile as it could be a decent plant.
This meant playing the extra 50 arena battles to reach 1,000 crowns to get the 300 seeds.
Unfortunately, i didn't get my 300 seed pinata, so i decided to complain to EA HELP CENTER. (Uk 🇬🇧 region).
I write off a lot of small stuff, but playing 50 arena matches is a lot of time for 300 seeds.
Being well used to submitting complaints to EA HELP, i kept it polite, clear, concise and provided the relevant screenshots.
This was well over a week ago and aside from a few emails, nothing has been done about this.
If i go to the manage cases, the 'awaiting response from player' window is highlighted as EA wants me to 'resume case'.
I have repeatedly tried clicking on both the link and the button, with no effect.
On many different days.
I keep on getting sent to the ask the community.
Which is me. I have been helping out players for over 6 years and i am sick of EA HELP CENTER and it's ignoring basic commonsense issues and incredibly poor customer service.
