EA Help isn't helping at all (Pvz2)
I have written two emails, and I have literally had to wait nearly an entire week for two responses, and I do not want to do that again, especially considering that they will not be available on week...

@mu6teb2u7pmt Do you mean two accounts with different player IDs or one account with two profiles (one player ID)?
It could be that they merged your old and new accounts into one account with two profiles. You can check this by tapping on the icon next to your profile name. If that is the case you can go to "Restore purchases" in the settings to transfer your purchases to your new profile (Note: This only works for plants that can not be unlocked with seed packets).

If you fill out a report make sure to mark it as "missing content".
