I’ve been trying to register my pvz2 to my email, but I keep getting an error message saying: “Email Registration failed. Please try again later.”
Is there anyway to fix this?
Make sure there isn't a blank space after your email address, auto fill puts one in automatically if you use it.

Sorry to see you having some trouble registering your email here. Have you tried re-installing the app before attempting this again? Curious if a different email works when you enter it in.

Community ManagerThere are lots of bugs, problems with store purchases going back a couple of months and EA HELP CENTER seems to have given up.
We were told that most of them would be fixed by the last update and they haven't been.
How about finding out what's going on and issuing a statement?
Personally I'm getting sick of seeing the same complaints being reposted time after time and it's not like EA pays me to do this.
If EA HELP staff are working from home on laptops/PCs could you please make sure they are capable of dealing with .png files. (Smartphone screenshots).
Help regarding the store issue would be nice. You never seem to address that problem which is ALL OVER this board. I've had 2 cases open since mid-May with no resolution and no communication from EA for at least a month now. You have my money but I do not have any product.
That isnt the problem for me, its still doing it, ive fully reset the device, ive turned off atocorrect and its still not working..
I had to logon to the EA website from my computer.
In my case it required a password change.
I'm wondering if they 'lock you out' if you haven't logged in in some time period.
As far as i know, the only problems that i can remember with email registration is autofil putting a blank space after putting in your email address, inputting an incorrect email address (it must be the one that you used to setup email registration) and not being able to access the cloud because of age restrictions (the cloud icon vanishes).
